XYY syndrome is a genetic condition in which a male has an extra Y chromosome. People with this condition are usually taller than average and may have learning and behavioral differences. Symptoms can vary and may include delayed development, speech and language delays, low muscle tone, and behavioral problems such as aggression and impulsivity. Treatment may include speech and language therapy, physical therapy, and behavioral therapy.
