Epitestosterone is a naturally occurring steroid hormone found in the human body. It is structurally similar to testosterone, but has no known androgenic or anabolic effects. It is primarily used to detect the presence of anabolic steroids in athletes.
Epitestosterone is not known to have any toxic effects. However, when taken in large doses, it can cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and headaches.
