Fusaric acid is a fungicide used to control a variety of plant diseases. It is a systemic fungicide, meaning it is absorbed by the plant and transported throughout the plant's tissues. Fusaric acid is toxic to humans and animals, and can cause skin and eye irritation, as well as respiratory and gastrointestinal problems. Long-term exposure to fusaric acid can lead to liver and kidney damage.
