Pemoline is a stimulant drug used to treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). It is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant that works by increasing levels of certain chemicals in the brain. Pemoline is available in tablet form and is usually taken once or twice a day.
