Description

Vinblastine is a chemotherapy drug used to treat a variety of cancers, including Hodgkin's lymphoma, testicular cancer, and breast cancer. It works by interfering with the growth of cancer cells, preventing them from dividing and spreading. It is usually given intravenously (IV) or intramuscularly (IM).

Common side effects of vinblastine include nausea, vomiting, hair loss, fatigue, loss of appetite, mouth sores, and diarrhea. Other more serious side effects include anemia, low white blood cell count, and kidney or liver damage.
