Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare type of cancer that affects the adrenal glands, which are located on top of each kidney. ACC is a malignant tumor that can spread to other parts of the body. Symptoms of ACC can include abdominal pain, weight loss, fatigue, and high blood pressure. Treatment for ACC typically involves surgery to remove the tumor, followed by chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy.
